Wow. That was a lot different than the first try. I pushed myself way harder than I did yesterday. I tried to go all out for almost every rep. I was breathing super heavily and my legs went through phases of feeling super fatigued and okay. I took a pilates class before hand, it was nothing like the abs we do during practice: for example, we did plank repetitions of holding planks for 7 seconds at a time...but to be fair I am the youngest person in most of these classes by like 20 years. Anyways, I think taking these light, not super intense classes almost everyday will be good for me because it works muscles I haven't worked before and helps stretch out my body. It enables me to work parts of my body that running and weight training can't work. Team dinner later, excited for cookies.
