Aqua jog

Today was an OFF/ Cross Train day. So I decided it would be a good day for some more Aqua jogging. I have definelty been getting better from my injuries which is great and mostly due to consistently doing the excercises I have to do. You can never cut any corners with anything in training but especially when coming back from injuries. Even if it is very annoying, which it is just do what ever you have to do to come back. Just doing the little things each night will pay off in the long run. I'm still trying to catch up with the guys fitness-wise so I'm gonna be Aqua jogging on all my off days and replacing my doubles with more Aqua jogging until I catch up. I saw some of the boys killing it in the triathlon. Shout out to Neil who had a hell of a race. Hit up the pool right after the tri and did a tough pyramid workout with little rest. I pushed myself for each hard rep differently but still until I was out of breath after each one. The two five min ones tested me mentally. The workout was:

6 min warmup
1 min hard
2 min hard
3 min hard
4 min hard
5 min hard
5 min hard
4 min hard
3 min hard
2 min hard
1 min hard
-All with 1 min easy in between
6 min cooldown
