Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had to keep the run flat so I didn't go with Varsity today into Commonland. Just went into Stewart then over to the commons and back. Really didn't want to push it at all. Today is the most days in a row I've ran in awhile and my IT was still sore. The tape helped but only so much. I don't think I had it tight enough. I just decided to go for an easy 5. I wanted more but gotta listen to my body. Next week I hope to be in the mid 40's for mileage. Drills strides and stretching afterwards.
