Comments:
i did a little over a mile warmup, strethed, and then did 4 threshold miles with a minute between each one. i felt good for the most part, but one thing that has been happening a lot lately is that it sometimes feels like stomach acids are coming up in my throat and it sort of burns, and it makes me burp which makes it worse.aafter the mile thresholds, i did a short cooldown and stretched a little.
