Bad timing and pain

So this run sucked my hip/hamstring was over the top in pain level and every step I took it, I was in more pain. I kinda lost myself in the run but shoutout to Trent because he pushed me to finish the workout strong. On the strides, I only did 4 because i was cramping really bad. I'll see how tomorrow goes......
