Comments:
Goal today was just easy mileage. I was aiming to get 6 and then add on if needed. Headed out with the guys to Giles and then turned back because I didn't want to go any further to Burns. For me downhills hurt my IT much more than up hills. Up hills feel great but downhills I just gotta go slow. When I turned around Lucas decided to come with me. I told him that when my IT starts to hurt I pick up the pace and he was fine with it. So we were cooking the last 3.5 miles back. We got back and I decried since I was feeling good that I would throw on another mile to get to 7.5 for the day. Drills and strides, abs, hips, stretching, rolling. My chiropractor beat up my IT earlier that day and I think that helped but it still needs work.
