Ran from my dad's house in Dryden. I was travelling all of yesterday, on my way back from San Francisco, so I did not have time to go for a run. I've noticed that when I get very minimal exercise on any given day, if I run the next day my muscles can feel very tired, even though the previous day I didn't use them very much. I'm not sure why this is. Maybe sitting in an airplane for a combined five to six hours, without stretching my legs that often, can make them feel sluggish the next day. Anyway, I tried to run later in the day today, but planned my run too late and instead didn't have enough daylight to go for a long run. I'm disappointed about that. So instead I tried to push the pace on this run, yet my legs were pretty tired for most of it. Also, there were small flies that kept sticking to my tank top, which got annoying. I haven't been getting in the amount of miles that I would like to get in the past month, due to a combination of not feeling well some days, and being out of town and travelling a lot. Did abs (41 leg lifts, 51 crunches, 102 total cherry-pickers) when I got back, as well as 51 push-ups.
