Comments:
Last run before RTB. Usual 4.5 loop. Didn't bother with warm up because I wasn't going to push it. Definitely felt things start to loosen up after about 1.5 miles, though, so it was a nice reminder to get warm on Friday and remember my form. Can't wait to get out!!
