The humidity was awful, but I really felt like pushing it today. I think I hit around .19 miles for every hill. 200s were consistently around 35-36.

Hydration has been really helpful in the last few days, and I've noticed a big change in how I have been feeling after workouts. Diet has been slightly off, but still consistently healthy.
