Comments:
Ran on treadmill at the Meyer Center because of heat and so I could swim after.
1 mile up
Then 4 x 3:00 on/2:00 off
Then mile in 5:46
Then 1 mile down
Ran controlled on fartlek starting at 6:15 pace and working down to 5:45 pace.
Then to pool to swim a mile!
