Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I know this is just time trials, but I could have run so much better.
If I remember correctly, my first 800 was 2:30 (1:14, 1:16), the second was 2:28 (1:15, 1:13), and the third was 2:21 (1:12, 1:09). I had way too much in the tank with 800 to go, and I felt that I should have gone out much faster. My goal time was 7:10, and unfortunately I couldn't get it.
But honestly, I still ran a pretty good time, so I'm not entirely mad at myself.
The one thing I liked about how I ran today was how I negative split almost every lap. I usually have trouble negative splitting, but today, it didn't seem like an issue (probably because I started slow, and slowly sped up a second per lap).
