6 miles!!!

Am looking for the first 2 miles to be as little running as possible.
If we could stretch it out to 6 min of running easy with a 30 sec to 1 min walk that would be great.

Once you hit mile 3, assess how you feel and maybe bump it down to 4 or5 min jogs with 1 min walk.
A lot will depend on heat, terrain , hills etc.

For the last 2 miles, let's stick to a 3 min jog/ 1 min walk pattern and do what you can to finish strong.

We will discuss more, but this run is more about getting the distance in than actual pace!!
