Comments:
Did a .5 mile warmup, then lifted. After that, ran with the JV squad. Went under the bridge to Stewart Park, then took the Waterfront Trail past Linderman creek. We stopped a couple times because there were a couple guys who had fallen behind, but no one seemed to get lost. Did drills and abs when we got back, and some stretching. I thought it was a good first day of practice.
