Weather: upper 50s and overcast with some fog
Comments:
Having stayed at Si's last night and gorged ourselves at the Korean BBQ, I left the house at 6:30am and ran the usual trail down to the Polo Grounds which I looped (and paused at the bathroom there) and returned. Extended all the way to Park-Presidio because I'd increased the pace and needed more mileage. I felt good enough, in fact, by the end, that I added in 5 good striders on the final blocks back to the house. Right plantar fascia was nice and sore at night (back in DC) as a result after having been improving somewhat over the past few days before that. (planning to backlog in the coming day)
