Run around the neighborhood

Weather: Warm, sunny

Comments:
Ran down Lincoln- heard a honk & saw Jerome driving by, waving!
Continued down Lincoln, left on Montrose, right on Damen, Left on , Right/South on Wolcott to Irving Park Rd. Took Irving Park Rd west to Lincoln, then took Lincoln back north ending at the Grind Coffee shop. Saw Jerome AGAIN at the barber shop next to the Grind. He was getting his haircut. I waved to him & nonverbally gestured that I too was getting a haircut that day.

I wore my Mizuno Wave Inspire 12 shoes, and they were not as comfortable as my Asics have been.
I felt slow and my left knee sort of hurt/ached when wearing them. I'm wondering if they are possibly not right for my feet.
