Weather: its summer...

Comments:
Hamstrings and hip flexor(s) have been feeling sore. I suspect it is from biking home everyday. Anyway, ran from home through the plantation to the Cornell track and came back through Forest home and the horse barn.

Felt decent on my run... being very careful with my legs. I want to be ready for the time-trial. Took time to roll and stretch my thighs.

Excited for the time-trial, excited for XC.
