Ran 5 with Greg (friend from high school) He hasn't run in a while so he was pretty out of shape but I don't mind. First 2.5 was around 7 min. pace but we negative split by 1 min. on the way back. Felt good and didn't struggle at any part of the 5 w/ Greg. Tacked on 2 extra after I dropped Greg off at his house. My legs felt fresh and good. I felt smooth and totally owned the two tough hills that were in my last 2 miles. Ran a 6:45, 6:20 as my last two. Glad I actually got a run in today b/c I was exhausted from driving and camp, and running w/ someone made the pace seem that much easier.
