Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
felt so-so my left calf and legs were sore some. I tried to push it anyways. Stopped twice to stretch at 4th and ralston and then at Foster and Hunter Lake. I was at 13:53 at the turn around, pretty solid. Need to take it slow next time, if I run tomorrow.
