Comments:
Planned to do a 5 mile tempo today again at race pace similar to last week. When I got home however, I was hungry and could not stop myself from eating too many tortilla chips. Consequently, my stomach was stitched from when I began.
I did push through and my pace did not suffer too terribly. Still, I need better self control when it comes to eating.
