"Faster" Day

September 17, 2009 (Night)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 53! :D...got dark as I ran

Comments:
Warm up: 3 miles in the high school woods from home (26 minutes) then stretched and did striders in the street in front of my house.

Workout: 3 X 10 minutes at faster than tempo...more like 5k pace. (I checked landmarks a few times and the pace was 7:20 everytime)...with 5 mins of regular running in between for a recovery...did a college loop from home (ran by my old dorm and I wanted to go swipe my card and go up to my old room!!)

Cool Down: Ran from home again down pitroff to 202...ran for 2 miles for to make it an even 10 miles today

**LOVED the coldness!!! :) I even got to wear a long sleeve tee today on my warm up and cool down!...and I could smell chimney smoke...it was a perfect fall evening.**
