Comments:
Looking for 6 miles total again

Would like us to stick to a pattern where you run 2 miles close to 13 pace, 3 times with limited walking.,... But with 3 min full test between each set

SO:

Run 2 miles shooting for 26 to 27 minutes
Rest 3 minutes completely
Reset watch
Run 2 miles looking for a similar time or faster
Rest 3 minutes completely
Reset watch
Run 2 miles looking for a similar time

The key is to push each 2 mile but do not put yourself in the hole by running your first 2 miles Too fast. Think of it as 2 miles of good moderate work at 13ish to 13:30 pace maybe and can always speed up 2nd and 3rd set if feel good.
