The Accidental Sand Dune Workout

Comments:
Adam, Phil, Pat, and I ran-walked (and sometimes sprinted) up and down Sleeping Bear dunes. We went all the way to the beach, swam, and came back. Phil and I also climbed an extra hill. It was quite fun!
