Did an Oakcrest with the JV group, after lifting. On the way back down from the mall, I learned today that there is a short trail behind the movie theater that goes to Beckett Way. I definitely need to improve my hill running, because I noticed that I fell behind most of the pack while going up Remington Rd., and Oakcrest. I was able to catch up to them around the YMCA area. Talked with Coach Liam on the way down Cayuga Heights about running form, which was helpful. Did 6x30 second hills when we got back. After the first couple, I slowed down a little, but made sure my last one was fast. Then did some drills, strides, and stretching.
