A.M 5 miles easy on grass and road.
P.M 10 miles on Ballymore 3 mile loop. Steady and progressive. 6.32, 6.30, 6.19, 6.10, 5.52, 5.49, 5.47, 5.41, 5.37, 6.30. Ran the last mile as a cooldown. Good steady run, felt really strong aerobically.
