Went to Moyer park to do 2 x 15:00 (6:10-6:20) and 1 x mile (6:00) with 3:00 jogs between. Rocked this one, running 6:10s across the board for the 15:00's and 6:02 for the mile. Wonder what it would have been on the track or with help! Jogs in workout part below.
