Woke up VERY early to get this in before practice because I wouldn't have time after practice before work and after work I just have no motivation. Planned on just aqua jogging, but didn't feel too tired or that I had really worked hard so I hopped on the bike as well.
Workout was 6x5 mins on 1 min off
