Comments:
Ran with the JV group today. My quads were still feeling very sore, like yesterday, so I fell behind the main pack by about 30 seconds. Garrett was then about a minute or two behind me. With the lifting, and increased mileage/pace, I'm not surprised that I'm feeling more tired and sore as the week progresses, even though I put in a good amount of miles over the summer. I took a different turn on the way back because I didn't see which way the most of the guys went, so I added a little extra running through Cayuga Heights. It was also raining during part of the run. Got back and did hurdles, and abs, as well as stretching. I rolled my quads too. Curious to see how I do tomorrow in the IC time trial.
