Got up early with the team to drive out to this place called Lapham Peak, a little Park about an hour away. The hills that we ran on today make Griak look pretty tame, but it was a really fun time.
15 minute warmup
10 minute tempo( 3 minute rest)
7 minute tempo(3 minutes rest)
4 minute tempo( 2 minutes rest)
12 minute cool down
Ran this one right behind Zach and Mike, our top two guys. Got myself pumped before this workout started and it turned out great! Just shows what a little positive thinking can do to you before a big workout or a race.
