Looking for 7 miles with next week being a down week!

Let's try to lock into a pattern where you are running the first 3 miles at a 5 min run/1 min walk pattern

The next 3 miles at a 3:30 to 4 min run/1 min walk pattern

And the last mile whatever you got in you, I'll take!!

7 miles is long so you will prob need about 100 calories after 3 miles plus plenty of liquids to get through to the end.
