Comments:
Ran on a trail that was supposedly gradual, though it seemed like anything but. Uphill felt like hiking and downhill was too steep and stony to really run. ended up being a lot shorter than I wanted and I didn't get to do my workout. I kind of figured that might happen though. not the end of the world
