Weather: Post rain, humid, felt good, around 75-80 degrees
Comments:
My calves/feet/back of heels felt tight and sore with my first few steps out of bed this morning. My calves also felt tight throughout the day and right before running. I decided to take it easy today.
I ran with Kevin today at a very comfortable, conversational pace.
He imparted much of his marathon wisdom to me. Afterwards I did abs with a small remainder of the group, & Enes walked me home. :)
