After taking 4 days off last week from banging up my knee twice, I am back. I started off slow with Lucas and Wes, because I was limping with my knee. Each mile, we got a little faster and I felt stronger. I ended up feeling great and ran a 6:13 last mile. We did the Abbott Loop and it felt great. It's good to be back
