Didn't make it to practice today, not feeling well enough, which was also why I didn't make it yesterday. But I felt good later in the day to get out for a run, so I'll almost certainly make it tomorrow morning. I saw that today was a hill workout, but I wasn't quite sure what the distance for each rep was, so I decided to just do my own run. I didn't get in enough miles yesterday, and I want to get a mileage T-shirt on Friday, so this run was a little longer. I ran from my dad's house in Freeville, along Lafayette Rd., to Elm Ext., then Salt Road, and then to Red Mill, and back home. I made sure to power up the hills, and there were quite a few of them. Hill running, along with speed, are areas in which I need to improve. The distance today wasn't much of a problem. In fact, after about 6 miles, I started to get in the zone and felt pretty at ease.
