Weather: Getting a bit more humid, 70s

Comments:
Led strong groups of Chickahomminys and Chopawamsics. Jogged out to the horseshoe and then ran tempo to the swamp (a mile in 6:36) and returned up part of the hill before doubling back alone to meet the other group at the swamp. Ran 7:00 pace with back to the horseshoe. Jogged in from there and tan two 400 meter loops of the field with light pick-ups for 200meters on each.
