Comments:
Ran with the JV group to the Lighthosue today. Got back and did drills and strides. After that, Liam had the JV boys so a body weight workout, pyramid style. I did (not in exact order): 51 squats, 30 dips, 2 minute wall sit, 31 push-ups, 2 minute plank, 3 minute plank, skipped the next set of dips because they were hurting my shoulders and didn't feel right, 30 push-ups, 70 squats, 2 minute wall sit, penguins, 60 crunches, 30 leg lifts, 1 minute cherry-pickers, 1 minute flutter kicks. It was tiring. Also, I am planning on running later today because I learned that to get the mileage XC shirt I need 350 miles by the end of August.
