Comments:
A.M 5 miles really easy. Had to fast for 12 hours before blood test so did this on an empty stomach. Was craving coffee more so than food.

P.M 10 mile steady progression run. First few miles were 6.20-6.30, then 5.50-6 and last few miles were 5.35-5.40. Felt really strong especially on the hills.
