Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did strength with May before the run as part of our new lifting routine. We are committing to lifting on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Nice run with Isabel on Glover. The warmup to Glover felt pretty bad. My legs were weirdly stiff, but once we did drills and actually started our run I felt pretty good. It was nice running with Isabel.
