Comments:
This was basically the opposite of my run yesterday. On the warmup for lifting I was thinking that I don't know how I'll be able to do 10 miles when I can barely do this warmup. For the first several miles I was just hanging on to the pack and I felt alright. I was definitely really tired though and we were we going up the hill near 4th damn we weren't even halfway. I bruised my shin on a log in the trails. My legs started really hurting during the second half of the run and I felt really crappy for the rest of the way back. I felt like I was gonna vomit when I got back. Later at work I got this weird achy/alseep feeling in my calves.
