Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was a great day for running and unfortunately, I had a nasty cramp that lasted all morning. When we got to the island, I ran with a massive group of people and trekked through a 'trail' for fifteen minutes and then promptly got caught by Erkin. The rest of the run passed uneventfully. I ran back to GDS, but the pace was as mellow as the run and the warmup jog over. Nonetheless, depending if you include the warmup I ran anywhere from 5 to 7 miles. This weekend I'll try to run some and probably aqua-jog on Monday.
