Weather: Cooldown was all walking.....
Comments:
Looking for 40 min as follows:
Jog easy 5 min(very comfortable pace)
Run 1 min fast(like what you would run on speed days)
Walk 2 minutes
Repeat 4 times for a total of 5 sets and 40 minutes...
Will prob. Come out close to 3 miles:)
