Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After the 1st one which was about 2:08-2:06 I didn't think I would be able to do all 7 at the same pace as Lizzy and Charlotte or even finish. However they said that we should be together as a pack and so I lead the next one which ended up being like 2:06. Definitely a difficult workout but the rest was really long. I was breathing really heavily for all of them but I finished and we ended up bring the time down each rep so the last one 2:00. This just shows how important working together as a team is. I doubted myself but they were willing to have a slower workout so that I could complete it with them and in the end we were faster than we started out.
