I started out with a warmup that started aroud the field behign my house, then started the workout, but during the first rep I started to not feel so great and had to stop. It wasn't out of laziness because I was running alone, I just couldn't keep going. Also, is tiredness a side effect of growing a lot? If so, that's great, because I'd like about six more inches on my height. I got more sleep last night, but my arms and legs felt really tired today too. I feel really bad about not getting in the scheduled amount of miles the past couple of days. :(
