Comments:
The weight room was occupied by the football players this morning so we lifted after we ran. Ran with the JV squad to Giles and through the Mulholland Eildflower Preserve, then by Belle Sherman, and back. I as lagging early on, feeling pretty slow, but then I caught up to Yuki, Aidan, and Garrett after getting out of the preserve. Got back and did drills and strides before lifting.
