Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good pack run at UVA. Cam, Graham, Stanley, and I were together for most of it. Nice that the whole field was together until the hill, since that was when we could go.
Workout loop was 4x:
Hard up the hill, 30s break, 3:00 tempo back down to the bottom of the hill.
Real solid day, downhill pounding was hard on the legs but definitely much needed hill work
