Comments:
I felt great during this run. The first rep we totally nailed, but the second rep was too slow. During the race rep we really stepped it up and I didn't let Soren get too far away from me. The last rep felt good as well and we also nailed it. Also, my form felt good and my spikes are AMAZING.
