Quite intense winds today. Ran inconsistently by leading out fast, Coach talked to us about group running. We need to toughen up and run as a pack for every run to build mental strength. I believe I can be our 5, 4 guy. I will lead the rest of the lower guys with me. Feeling... excited, despite relatively poor performance.
