Going into this workout I was dreading it sooooooooo much because last year this workput was the hardest workout I had ever done before. This year I felt really good. I just made sure to stick with Lizzy, its nice running with her even if I know she can go faster. Had to stop and walk after 5 mins in the cool down because I was getting a sharp and shooting pain up my achillies. Goal 4:18 down to 4:08
