Comments:
20min, 10min, 5min, 6x30s; 2 min rest between each, 1min for striders
Felt good, definitely a little bit faster than tempo pace but solid workout. Didn't have GPS on it but I would guess about 5:15 pace for most of it
Cameron and Stanley were slightly ahead, Luke was with me, and Danny was just behind us, so pretty good grouping
