Comments:
Ran with the JV squad to Giles, but turned onto the footbridge and took Stewart to Cayuga Heights Rd., then down Remington. I started out pretty fast, near the front of the JV pack, but when we got to Aurora St and Hudson I fell behind because of the hill. I need to improve my hill running. It still felt good though to lead early on. When we got to Stewart, it really started pouring down. My shorts, shirt, and shoes got so drenched with rain that I slowed down because of the extra weight. On Cayuga Heights Road, I settled into a good pack with the Aidans and Yuki. I decided to go all the way to Remington instead of going down Wyckoff I order to get a little bit extra mileage, and they followed behind, eventually catching up to me at Remington. We then ran as a group back. Did hurdles and drills.
