The Return of Tommy Episode 6: Maybe He's Really Back...

Today Tommy B came to practice and did a short 3 mile or so run. As for the rest, we did the infamous hill workout. It's a 1200 meter loop and you switch between going fast and slow for every 400. We did the loop 6 times and there was a big hill towards the end. Overall, the workout was a success. I managed to stay towards the top (Though BJ and Joe pulled away) and had a killer last 400 trying to catch back up to Wes and Lucas. I felt better, except for the shoes. I just exchanged a different pair. Overall successful day.
